The Enoka Te Whanake Memorial Scholarships are presented by Ongare Trust and are available to full-time students who meet all of the criteria below.
You can complete your application online using the form on this page. We prefer applications to be submitted online. If you are unable to do this, you can download the PDF form to complete and scan or post back to us.
Eligibility criteria
- Be a shareholder or descendent of a current owner and of an original owner
- Be enrolled at a NZQA-registered tertiary institution
- Be studying full-time
- Send with the application a bank deposit slip with their pre-printed name and account number or a bank statement showing name and account number
- Return the fully completed application on time

- These scholarships are available to help whanau receive tertiary education in NZ.
- All parts of the application must be completed and submitted by the applicant.
- Incomplete applications will not be processed.
- Applications must be received before the closing date or be stamped by NZ Post on the closing date.

- Further assistance for ensuing years study towards graduation is dependent on satisfactory levels of achievement.
